For enterprises & startups
Ability you can see.
Native Hire is an early sourcing pilot for companies looking for students and recent graduates who can demonstrate exceptional AI use in their field.
Tell us the role and the work that needs doing. I review candidates’ real projects, their own contribution, how they check AI outputs, and the decisions behind their work. Where specialist expertise matters, assessment will include employer or domain input.
Candidates join free. Employers pay a fee only on a successful hire; terms will be agreed before an introduction. The pilot is intended for both enterprise and startup roles, across disciplines.

For students & recent graduates
Let your work speak.
Applications and assessment are free. All disciplines are welcome: accounting, finance, marketing, physics, engineering, research, sales, HR, operations, and beyond.
Show a real example of AI-assisted work. I’ll ask you to walk through your workflow, explain your contribution, show how you checked the output, and discuss your decisions. Role-specific work may be reviewed with employer or domain input.
This is an early pilot, with no job guarantee. Your details will only be shared with a company with your permission. Please use work you’re allowed to share and leave out confidential information.

Our intended process
Real work. Human review.
I’m building Native Hire around demonstrated ability, with evidence companies can consider alongside their own hiring assessment.
Show your work
Bring a project or workflow from your field. Explain the task, the result, and which parts you did yourself. Share only material you have permission to share.
Walk us through it
I review how you used AI, checked outputs, handled mistakes, and made decisions. For specialist work, employer or domain input helps assess quality; AI fluency alone does not establish subject expertise.
Meet the right companies
When there’s a potential fit, I’ll ask permission before sharing your details and evidence of your work. Companies make their own hiring decisions. An introduction or a job is not guaranteed.
